Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:
- Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Quality issues must be documented with photos

Partial Refund / Replacement

No Refund
- • Change of mind after delivery

- • Product opened and partially consumed
